The Future Generation Foundation (FGF) is a nonprofit, non governmental organization formed in 1998 by key leading members of the private sector with a clear objective of developing our country's business sector thus enabling it to compete in the global arena. FGF aims to transform the culture of the private sector and reorient it to international levels of excellence and achievement through the development of its human resource sector.

FGF Conference: Investing in Human Capital – A Development Imperative

A conference entitled: “Investing in Human Capital – A Development Imperative” was held to commemorate 10 years of the Future Generation Foundation’s (FGF) commitment to capacity building and youth empowerment. This conference was chaired by Mr. Gamal Mubarak, FGF Chairman.

This conference aimed to build awareness on human resource development as the driving force for economic advancement. In addition, it emphasized the strategic role of the private sector in strengthening social development. The conference brought  together in a forum, decision makers and leaders from the private, government and civil society sectors to work together on strengthening human resource development and capacity building and bringing forth recommendations for future steps.                                                       Read more
